Hello there today i listed  my most favourite duo in bleach anime.
 
1/5 Ukitake & Kyoraku 
Their mentor, Yamamoto, called Kyoraku and Ukitake the most powerful Captains in Soul Society when they worked together — even as he was just about to take them head on. They have been close for a considerable amount of time now, to the point of finishing each other's thoughts, let alone sentences.

Shunsui and Jushiro have the most adorable dynamic, peppered with the occasional old-married-couple bickering. They also seem to share similar moral traits, given that they go against the rules of Soul Society when justice demanded it.

2/5 Ichigo & Ishida 
Uryū is introduced in the series as a classmate of the Soul Reaper Ichigo Kurosaki, who reveals himself to be a Quincy, a clan of humans which was destroyed by the Soul Reapers. ... Wanting to prove the Quincies were better, Uryū challenges Ichigo to see who could kill more Hollows.
After the first impression most of the fan hate quincy boy but after the series continued we love ishida and ichigo together.

3/5 Rangiku & Toshiro 
Toshiro hitsugaya aand rangiku is best duo in sense of friendship if you see them along u can hate or irritate her/his duo.
Toshiro is clearly a hit with the ladies, but his relationships with them are fraternal at best. Rangiku discovers her future captain when he bumps into her at the fruit market; he runs away to avoid her prattling on about common sense. 

4/5 Ikaku & Yumichika
When the first apperance of the yumichika or ikaku is revealed we see ikaku and yumichika as a friend who find someone powerful then he meets kenpachi and the all story begins after time goes youmichika and ikaku become close friends and likely best friend.

5/5 Urahara & Yoruichi
In 100 years back story urahara prove him or her self as a best duo when urahara goes in problem then yoruichi didn't think about herself and leave there post to help of urahara.
the Shihoin brand behind her, Yoruichi is able to strongly recommend her friend as the next captain of the 12th squad.
