Meliodas. Ban is a member of the Seven Deadly Sins along with Meliodas. Despite trying to kill Meliodas, Ban appears to be saddened by his choice due to not only killing his best friend but to know he is from the Demon Clan and tries to convince Hawk to stop himself.

2/5 Naruto & Sasuke

By the end of Part 1, they were definitely best friends, who showed dislike and yet admired each other greatly. Their fight at the valley of end was one the best fights in the entire series, especially when Sasuke refuses to kill Naruto.

The reason I believe these two are the best duo is actually quite simple you see both Alphonse and Edward Elric have high intelligence but as a team or duo you should work together we see Alphonse and Edward work extremely well when fighting as a team and we also see that Edward covers for Alphonse in the intelligence.

Hey there today i have some epic duo 1/5 Gon & killua From Hunter x Hunter Gon and killua are the exceptions to this since Gon doesn't have any motivations to surpass killua and only want to find his dad and killua also has no motivation to surpass Gon. So yay they are the Best duo in anime. ... Killua doesn't have motivation to surpass Gon because he already has. 2/5 Asta & yuno From Black clover Yuno is Asta best friend and rival.
