Here is a part 2 of some psychopath anime characters.

(My hero academia)

While she is easygoing and happy at most times, she is also surprisingly destructive and violent, as told by her crimes which involves murder and her desire to kill the Hero Killer, even though she admires him. Even when she was a child, she showed sign of unnatural and chaotic behavior as she devoured on animals and humans, sucking out their blood in order to fulfill her satisfaction.

A certain scientific Accelerator 

Accelerator is also one of the main protagonist in series A certain Accelerator he is kind of pyschopath when he fight with touma he become pretty psycho and use his all power. 

3/5 Midari ikishima 

Kakeguri 

She is shown to be very persistent and overbearing, intimidating or being weird to the other students, such as when playing a sadistic game of life or death with Yumeko Jabami. She is also very impulsive and has little self-restraint, causing her to look more at immediate satisfaction than any long-term consequences. 

4/5 Mary saotome 

Kakeguri 

During their gambling matches she's also shown to be extremely egotistical both in and out of matches, often being confident in her victory. Mary also possesses a habit of mocking her opponents and laughing at them, especially when match seems to be her win they make her psychopath.
