my opinion
Here is kakashi talk about revenge is not good he see everything and blah blah but kakashi main theory or concept is all about the revenge is not good,
but afterwards when sasuke leave the konoha and all naruto series ends and naruto shippuden start then kakashi and shakimaru made plan against HIDAN and kakashi helps him to achieve his goal for those time why kakashi not use same concept of not to take revenge means why kakashi not lecture the shakimaru about revenge like saksuke.
why sasuke got all lecture why not shakimaru, shakimaru wanted revenge against hindan llike sasuke because hidan kills his mentor.
